Recommended Use
Drink 1-3 glasses with 1 sachet each glass per day. Best taken on an empty stomach (In the morning, 30 minutes before meal or 2 hours after meal for maximum absorption of nutrients). Drink more as needed. For babies 6 months & up: Pour 1/2-1 scoop of powder to 4-6oz of water or milk.
Storage
Store SBG in a cool dry place.
